Paperwork can be overwhelming but the basics are that, it is best dealt with in a dedicated area and not just left around the room or house. You should set up a filing system and have trays marked up for post in and post out, filing and to be actioned. The dedicated area should have all the necessary stationery you will require to do the job. A filing system should be set up that is easy for you to follow. Throw all junk mail as soon as it comes in. File once a week and review all files once a year. Do not keep envelopes; only what is necessary!
